Breakout Training Survey
posted 07/31/2014

Families,

Thank you for those of you who participated in our summer camp with Breakout Training.  We need everyone who participated to fill out a survey on how they felt the camp with Breakout Training went.  You can take the survey by going to https://www/surveymonkey.com/c/2014breakoutfootballcampSSYFA.  Please complete this survey so we know how we can improve our camp for next year.

Thank you!

Practice Begins Soon!
by posted 07/26/2014

Parents,

Sharon Springs Coaches just participated in the County Draft yesterday afternoon.  Sometime this week, you will either receive an email or phone call from your player's head coach.  Your coach will communicate your practice schedule.

Football practice for the 2014 season will begin the week of Monday, August 4th.  Practice days will depend on the grade and the coach you are assigned following the county draft, Sunday, July 27th.  K1 - 3rd grade will practice 2 nights a week plus Saturday.  4th-8th grade will practice 3 nights a week plus Saturday.

Remember to start hydrating early.  August in the south as you already know can be brutal.  When you add in the pads and the heat on the turf fields, the boys will sweat a lot.  Be sure to begin to hydrate starting 24 hrs before activities. Also, a small cooler of ice water with a Frog Tog will help cool the boys quickly during water breaks.

Good luck to all of the teams this year.  Go Falcons!!
